On the occasion of the international day of the workers, Hélène Engel makes us listen to labor songs, written and sung by Jewish activists. The program starts with the Worker’s song, written by Pierre Dupont.

She is interested in all aspects of Jewish music, from the collecting of historical sounds to today’s compositions. Based in Montreal, she hosts the radio show ” The hidden sides of Jewish Music” on Radio SHALOM Montreal.
